Who we are

RAV SISTEMI S.R.L., founded in 1994, has acquired experience in construction of automatic machines and also in automation and control processes. In this way, RAV gained technological knowledge in the various aspects of the industrial automation and process control over time.
In particular, RAV SISTEMI operates in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors, providing its own machines and various services for the revision, revamping and transformation of existing machines and production processes.

The company’s activity is particularly focused on the construction of electromechanical machines for the packaging of liquid and powder products and of so-called ‘special machines’ in the aforementioned sectors. Every project is made according to the customer’s requests, as well as in the design of quality control systems for the various production lines.

 

Examples of the available activities/services of RAV SISTEMI are the following:

• Design and construction of machines for filling, closing and packaging typical products of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors
• Realization and installation of quality control systems and devices for the finished product
• Realization and installation of dosing systems with weight control and feedback for the autotuning of the machine
• Reconditioning of second-hand automatic machines (own and other brands)
• Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of own machines, both in the workshop and at the customer’s
• Representation of new machines from foreign market (Korea) for solid products (tablets, capsules)

SECOND-HAND MACHINES

In addition, RAV can provide second-hand machines that may be available in stock, or found elsewhere on customer’s request. RAV is able to supply them revised, revamped and transformed according to customer’s needs.
