BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER – (U800 ÷ U1500)
Unscrambling system composed by a bottle feeding elevator and a Mechanical unscrambler that allows to orient and feed packaging lines for plastic bottles and containers.

The RAV UXX00 system consists of a Infeeding belt elevator and a circular unscrambler that allows to orient and feed packaging lines for plastic bottles and containers.
All parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel or plastic material compatible with pharmaceutical standards
Production can reach 200 bottles / minute
GENERAL FEATURES:
Infeeding belt elevator made of stainless steel, consisting of:
- Hopper with 200 ÷ 600 liters capacity with quick release hatch and opening cover in two halves ½ fixed, ½ movable in transparent lexan
- Safety micro on hopper cover
- Polyurethane belt with vulcanized strips driven by a 0.18 Kw 220 / 380V 50Hz three-phase geared motor
- Direct extraction of the product from the hopper
- Transparent lexan covers for belt
- Support structure fixed on wheels (Two fixed, Two revolving with brake)
Mechanical unscrambling orientator, consisting of:
- Containment band in stainless steel AISI 304 * 1200 mm
- Rotating disk in P.E. divided into sectors and opportunely shaped (diameters from 800 to 1500 mm)
- Driving by three-phase clutch geared motor 0.37 Kw 220-380V 50Hz
- Flow regulators with pressure gauges and pneumatic diverter
- Connection brackets
- Transparent lexan cover complete with loading opening
- Adjustable outfeed with opening flap and safety micro installed
- Automatic load control photocell
