General features
Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels. Inlet and outlet conveyor belts with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
An adjustable pneumatic singularization system transports the bottles in correspondence with the capping head.
Protection cabin in anodized aluminum profile and lexan panels with mechanical safety devices
Electrical panel and controls on board
Automation and control based on Siemens S7 1200 PLCs and indicator lights on panel for alarm signaling
CLOSING SYSTEM
Feeding caps by vibrating cup, diam. 600 mm and soundproofed.
Caps Transportation by means of belt or linear vibrator with adjustable guides
Inserting caps with mechanical or electro-pneumatic device
Closing group for plastic or aluminum caps with variable speed and magnetic clutch with mechanical closing torque adjustment.
