AV14 - VERTICAL CARTONING MACHINE

The & nbsp; RAV AV14 & nbsp; machine is a vertical cartoning machine with alternating movements capable of inserting products with vertical logic inside cartons with different types of closure.

Technical details:

• Product collection system with pneumatic slide, & nbsp; the plate with the suction cups and the preparation drawer are interchangeable and must be replaced for each format change.
• Case pick-up and transport system
• Vertical storage of cartons with complete plate assembly and interchangeable format containment columns.
• Pick-up system and insertion into the transport chain by means of a pneumatic slide and group of suction cups.
• Carton transport with interchangeable format drawers in order to reduce format changeover time to a minimum.
• The pick-up and insertion phases are synchronized by the cartoning machine panel
• Lateral and lower / upper closing groups in format according to the type of box die, provided with folded flaps and closing lid for possible gluing
• Brushless motorization with management of acceleration and deceleration ramps.
• Bottle insertion system with motorized slide with double movement (forward / backward, up / down) equipped with a suction cup head for gripping and inserting the bottles into the carton
• Sheet insertion system (if needed)
• Extraction system for packaged case
• Electrical panel on board the machine with PLC and Siemens operator panel
• Electro-pneumatic SMC

Installable accessory equipment:

• System for inserting pre-folded leaflets complete with vertical magazine with withdrawal by vacuum;
• Glue closure group (Nordson type);
• Printing system (inkjet, laser, thermal transfer or embossing) for variable data on case
