CAP 02L – DOUBLE HEAD LINEAR CAPPING MACHINE
The CAP02L capper represents a productivity upgrade of the simpler single-head in-line capper. The production can reach 2500-3000 pieces per hour. It is supplied with 1 complete automatic closing system for pressure, screw or aluminum caps Format change costs and times for bottles of different shapes and sizes continue to be low compared to a monoblock machine, achieving in any case an interesting productivity.

GENERAL FEATURES
- Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels. Inlet and outlet belt with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
- A format screw sorting system transports two bottles at a time in correspondence with the capping.
- Protective cabin in anodized aluminum profile and Lexan panels with mechanical safety devices
- Electrical and control panel on board the machine
- Automation and controls based on Siemens S7 1200 PLC and indicator lights on panel for alarm signaling
CLOSING SYSTEM
- Caps feeding automatically by:
- unscrambler with vibration and soundproofing with automatic feeder option for greater autonomy of cap loading.
- Conveyor of caps with belt or double lane linear vibrator
- Insertion of caps with mechanical or electro-pneumatic device with double head
- Double-headed closing unit for plastic or aluminum caps with variable speed and magnetic clutch with mechanical adjustment of the closing torque.
