RAV 04BR (04 / 2BR) - POWDER FILLER WITH SINGLE or DOUBLE HEAD WITH CONTINUOUS MOVEMENT

RAV04BR represents a solution for high productivity macrodosing powders (filling only). The cup system and the continuous movement of the main carousel allow to reach 180 mechanical strokes per minute (with the double head).

Ability to install a & nbsp; single dosing head (model RAV 04BR of 120 pcs / min) or double (model RAV 04 / 2BR model) for large volumes.

A mechanical system inserts the dosing terminal inside the container in order to maintain maximum cleanliness

As an option it is possible to install a vibration system to facilitate sliding in the case of particularly difficult powders.

Maximum nominal productivity: up to 180 pieces / min (in the double head version)

 up to 120 pieces / min (in the single head version)

STRUCTURE AND SAFETY

Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.

Inlet and outlet belts with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.

Carousel for transporting high-density polyethylene bottles. Bottle sizes up to diam. 80 mm, H 240 mm. (VARIOUS ON REQUEST)

Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches

Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel.

 

DOSING UNIT

Dosing group / s with screw system, mounted on a column with motorized height adjustment and the possibility of rotation outside the bench for disassembly and cleaning. Stainless steel hopper with feeding opening; powder level control with provision for automatic feeder.

Cup group with optional vibration system to facilitate the flow of the powder.

Electronic dosage control with encoder 100 imp / rev and high frequency Siemens counter

CONTROL LOGIC

Logic control based on Siemens S7 CPU1200 PLC.

Operator interface via Siemens Simatic Touch Screen, with list of alarms, setup functions and parameter modification.

 

CONTROLS AND ALARMS

  • Minimum and maximum load of the bottles on the belt (stand by)
  • Presence of bottles in dosage (dosage disabled)
  • Level control in the powder feeder (called product – stop after xx seconds)
