RAV04LT / 2 is a double head linear machine (higher productivity) for powder filling with cup dosing system, ideal for flowing powdery or granular products (salt, sugar, etc …)
Without additional changeover costs for bottles of different sizes it can reach a production of up to 45-50 pieces / min (to be checked with product and container).
An electro-pneumatic singling system mounted on the conveyor belt guides two bottles at a time into the filling area and then leads them to the next machine (e.g. capper)
Dosing group with n. 5 pairs of telescopic cylinders in stainless steel and volume adjustable by electronic system. Dosage range further variable by means of suitable volume reducers.
Up-down movement of the whole device with the possibility of rotating the head for cleaning operations.
Stainless steel hopper with Ø140 mm feeding hole; product call function and level control via capacitive sensor.
OPTIONAL – Vibrating devices in main containers and discharge funnels can be installed to help free flow of less flowing powders.
