RAV 04L + T - LINEAR DOSING MACHINE WITH DOUBLE HEAD (cups + auger)
RAV04L + T is a linear machine for powder macrodosing (ideal from 20 grams up to 3 kg) which has an auger system and a cup system on the same conveyor belt so as to cover a wider range of powdery or granular products, from the most flowing to the most packing.
Without additional format change costs, for bottles of different sizes it can reach a production up to 25 pieces / min (for dosages of less than 100 grams and depending on the product and container).
A double electro-pneumatic singling system mounted on the conveyor belt guides the bottles into the filling area and out of the machine. The two dosing heads are independent and can be activated / deactivated individually.
