The RAV 05/1 machine is a packaging machine derived from the more performing RAV 05/3, suitable for reduced production of capsules and / or extemporaneous caps typical of the nutriceutical and food industry (coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, supplements and vitamins) with powder filling (or liquids in the L05 / 1 version), to be used in single doses or to be assembled on bottles filled with another liquid product.

GENERAL FEATURES

Machine composed of:
• System for unscrambling and feeding of containers from bulk by means of a soundproofed vibrating unscrambler with outlet on n. 1 track, complete with loading magazine (automatic or manual)
• Group for inserting containers into the transport carousel diameter 650 mm. with 12 stations with 1 cell each
• Container transport with high precision rotating table & nbsp;
• Powder filling unit with 1 screw feeders with brushless motorization and independent programming
• Aluminum disc blanking, application and welding group with hot punch with programmable temperature and air-cooled shear; tape unwinding with double pneumatic gripper system
• Product unloading system on the outfeed belt

In case of liquid filling, the auger doser can be replaced with a syringe unit or peristaltic pump.

Controls :
• Minimum load on the feeding tracks
• Presence of container in dosage (error management to be defined … ..)
• Welding disc control (reject with STOP for consecutive errors)
• Alarms, safety devices, motors, etc.
