RAV 06/2 (TWIN) - BORMIOLI TYPE ESTEMPORANEIC CAP PACKAGING MACHINE

The RAV 06/2 model is a monobloc machine for powder microdosing enslaved to the assembly of extemporaneous Bormioli type caps, in which in addition to filling the ‘shear’ component with powder, the ‘capsule’ component is assembled for the complete packaging of the cap.

The standard machine assembles two caps at a time and is capable of a productivity of approximately 5,000 pieces / hour. For higher productivity RAV SISTEMI has created the TWIN version which consists of two coupled 06/2 machines (driven by the same motorization) capable of doubling the quantity of caps produced.

General features & nbsp; of the basic machine:

• Support structure in aluminum profile mechanically assembled and completely covered in stainless steel
• Positioning carousel with 32 cavities in stainless steel, removable for any format change
• Vibration feeder for shearing caps, made of stainless steel, basket Ø 450 mm and support pedestal + linear vibrator with output on two tracks
• Vibration feeder for capsules, made of stainless steel, basket Ø 450 mm, and support pedestal + linear vibrator complete with guide for feeding pieces from the vibrating feeder to the machine with output on two tracks. Both vibration orienters can be equipped with soundproofing (OPZ.)
• Double group for application of trays on electro-pneumatic shearer
• Protective cabin in extruded aluminum profile and polycarbonate panels
• Electrical system and controls housed in a stainless steel panel on board & nbsp; machine, with PLC and Siemens operator panel
• Double auger microdosing group with independent motors and adjustable rotation speed
• Double mixer / agitator with its own motorization for uniform distribution of the product inside the two loading hoppers. & nbsp; & nbsp;
• Filling nozzles equipped with suction manifolds to avoid dust spreading during dosing (manifolds to be connected to an external suction system)
• dust control sensor inside the tray (no dust – no tray)
• tray presence check (no tray – machine stop after xx consecutive rejects)
• mechanical rejection system: it consists in dropping the incorrect caps (those without tray) in a specific double rejection station before exiting the main carousel. The discarded caps are collected in a special removable tray located below the waste area.

All parts in contact with the product are in AISI316 and accompanied by a material certificate.
