RAV06 / 2 & nbsp; is a simplified model of the 05 / 2NW monobloc machine, suitable for dosing powder and closing bottles but without weight control.

It can also be supplied in the S version with the addition of a second & nbsp; insertion and capping (over or under cap).

Maximum nominal productivity: up to 80 pieces / min (to be checked with product and container)

STRUCTURE AND SAFETY

Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
Inlet and outlet belt with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
Carousel for transporting high-density polyethylene bottles. Bottle sizes up to diam. 80 mm (in the XL version) H. 220 mm.
Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches
Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel.

& nbsp; DOSING UNIT

Dosing unit with double screw system, mounted on a column with motorized height adjustment and the possibility of rotation outside the bench for disassembly and cleaning. Stainless steel hopper (up to 70 liters of total capacity for both dosing hoppers) with feeding opening; powder level control with provision for external automatic feeder.
Electronic dosage control with encoder 100 imp / rev and high frequency Siemens counter

LOCKING UNIT

• Cap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel and double lane linear guide (to feed two caps at a time in the carousel), with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Double mechanical or electro-pneumatic cap positioning group
• Double closing unit for aluminum or plastic caps (pressure, screw or ring nut) with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for setting the closing torque
• Movement of the closing unit with 2 different digitally programmable speeds

• Feeder for over / undercaps with stainless steel vibrating cup and double lane linear guide, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Double mechanical or electro-pneumatic over / undercap positioning group

• Minimum load of caps in feeding (stand by)
• Presence of bottles in dosage (dosage disabled)

• Possibility of rejecting bottles due to lack of product or incorrect capping
