RAV06 & nbsp; is a simplified model of the 05NW monobloc machine, suitable for dosing powder and closing bottles but without weight control.

It can be supplied in the XL version (for large bottles up to 110 mm in diameter) and in the & nbsp; S version with the addition of a second & nbsp; insertion and capping (over or under cap).

Maximum nominal productivity: up to 40-45 pieces / min (to be checked with product and container)

STRUCTURE AND SAFETY

Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
Inlet and outlet belt with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
Carousel for transporting high-density polyethylene bottles. Bottle sizes up to diam. 110 mm (in the XL version) H. 240 mm.
Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches
Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel.

& nbsp; DOSING UNIT

Dosing unit with screw system, mounted on a column with motorized height adjustment and the possibility of rotation outside the bench for disassembly and cleaning. Stainless steel hopper with feeding opening; powder level control with provision for external automatic feeder.
Electronic dosage control with encoder 100 imp / rev and high frequency Siemens counter

LOCKING UNIT

• Cap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Mechanical or electro-pneumatic cap positioning group
• Closing group for aluminum or plastic caps (pressure, screw or ring nut) with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for the calibration of the closing torque
• Movement of the closing unit with 2 different digitally programmable speeds

IN THE S VERSION:

• Over / undercap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Mechanical or electro-pneumatic over / undercap positioning group

CONTROLS AND ALARMS

• Minimum and maximum load of the bottles on the belt (stand by)
• Minimum load of caps in feeding (stand by)
• Presence of bottles in dosage (dosage disabled)
• Cap application control (stop)
• Level control in the powder feeder (called product – stop after xx seconds)
• Possibility of rejecting bottles due to lack of product or incorrect capping
