RAV06T & nbsp; is a single-step monobloc machine, suitable for dosing sliding powder with a volumetric cup system and bottle closure. There is no weight control.

It can be supplied in the XL version (for large bottles up to 110 mm in diameter) and in the & nbsp; S version with the addition of a second & nbsp; insertion and capping (over or under cap).

Maximum nominal productivity: up to 40 pieces / min (to be checked with product and container)

STRUCTURE AND SAFETY

Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
Inlet and outlet belt with single motorization with 180 ° inlet / outlet line (or double belt with double motorization in case of 270 ° inlet / outlet) and adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
Carousel for transporting high-density polyethylene bottles. Bottle sizes up to diam. 110 mm (in the XL version) H. 240 mm.
Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches.
Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel.

& nbsp; DOSING UNIT

Dosing group with cup system composed of nr. 5 telescopic cylinders in AISI 316L stainless steel sized for the desired dosage range, with the possibility of reducers to increase this range in the minimum value. All mounted on a column with manual or motorized height adjustment and the possibility of rotation outside the bench for disassembly and cleaning.

Dosing volume adjustable by electronic panel system. 30 liter stainless steel hopper with feeding opening; powder level control with provision for external automatic feeder (OPTIONAL).

LOCKING UNIT

• Cap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Mechanical or electro-pneumatic cap positioning group
• Closing group for aluminum or plastic caps (pressure, screw or ring nut) with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for the calibration of the closing torque
• Movement of the closing unit with 2 different digitally programmable speeds

• Over / undercap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Mechanical or electro-pneumatic over / undercap positioning group
