RAV CAP01M – SEMI-AUTOMATIC BENCH CAPPING MACHINE
Semiautomatic bench capping machine for closing bottles and rigid containers with pressure, screw or aluminum caps. An operator inserts the container on a format base and activates the automatic capping by means of a pedal or double button. Ideal for multi-format and small production batches.

GENERAL FEATURES
Support surface in anodized aluminum with cover in stainless steel; container-holder blocks in polyethylene format, with pneumatic locking option for cylindrical bottles and screw cap.
Screwing head support column in aluminum profile with height adjustable by handwheel.
Motorization with three-phase motor for the capping movement and rotation of the screwing head. Magnetic clutch for torque control
Control and command panel with double safety button (or pedal) to start the closing cycle
Screwdriver head high position limit switch.
