RAV CAP02R – CONTINUOUS MOVEMENT ROTARY CAPPING MACHINE WITH 2 CLOSING GROUPS
CAP02R is a rotary capping machine with two closing groups (for cap and under or over cap for example) with 8 heads each, suitable for high productivity batches. The continuous movement allows to reach a mechanical speed of 180 pcs./min.
It can be supplied with all the various combinations and closure formats for pressure, screw or aluminum caps.

STRUCTURE AND SAFETY
Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
Inlet and outlet belt with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
Nr. 2 8-cavity positioning carousels in stainless steel or high-density polyethylene, removable for format change, with auger inlet bottle insertion device and 3 8-cavity service carousels. Bottle sizes up to Ø 80 mm. , H 240 mm.
Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches.
Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel.
CLOSING SYSTEM
Nr. 2 Cap feeders with vibrating bowl in stainless steel, Ø600 mm., With soundproofing and adjustable pedestal complete with respective belt elevators in STAINLESS steel and POLYURETHANE, capacity c. 300 lt.
Nr. 2 Adduction systems for caps with tear-off pick-up group or with pick & place device. Double group with 8 closing heads each, for pressure caps, in aluminum or plastic with screw or ring nut with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for the calibration of the closing torque
CONTROL LOGIC
Logic control based on PLC Siemens S7 CPU 1200 and SIMATIC Siemens Touch-Screen operator panel with list of alarms, setup functions and parameter modification. SMC pneumatic components. Machine productivity adjustment via inverter
CONTROLS AND ALARMS
Automatic control, with alarm display on the operator panel, of minimum and maximum bottles load, minimum and under / over caps load with stop in stand-by, presence of bottle in carousel, presence of cap or over / under cap on bottle with stop in stop
