RAV CAP06 / 2 – MONOBLOCK HEAD AND DOUBLE PASS CAPPING MACHINE
The CAP06 / 2 model represents a more performing model of the monobloc capping machines with reciprocating movement compared to the CAP06 model, allowing the closure of two bottles by step in fully automatic mode. The machine is equipped with a complete double head system for automatic closure with pressure cap, screw or aluminum. A second double locking system for a possible under or overcap (interchangeable between screw, pressure and ring nut) can be installed as an option (‘S’ version)

STRUCTURE AND SECURITY
Main structure of the monobloc in anodized aluminum profiles, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
Inlet and outlet belt with single motorization: adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene, standard length 3 meters. & Nbsp; (different on request with the possibility of 90 ° inlet / outlet configuration).
Carousel for transporting bottles in high density polyethylene complete with double inlet and outlet carousel. Bottle sizes up to Ø 80 mm., H 220 mm. & Nbsp; OTHER FORMATS ACCORDING TO REQUEST TO BE EVALUATED
Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches
Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel
LOCKING UNIT
Caps orientator with vibrating cup in stainless steel, Ø800 mm., With double outlet, soundproofing and adjustable pedestal. & Nbsp; Feeding elevator or vibrating hopper for greater loading autonomy.
Double lane adduction linear guide and double mechanical or electro-pneumatic cap positioning group
Two-head closing unit for aluminum or plastic caps with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for setting the closing torque.
Option for a second double locking group for undercap or overcap (MODEL CAP06 / 2S)
CONTROL LOGIC
- Logic control based on Siemens S7 CPU 1200 PLC
- Operator interface via Siemens Simatic Touch-Screen panel with list of alarms, setup functions and parameter modification.
