RAV’s range of in-line liquid filling machines includes machines equipped with 2 to 12 volumetric dosing pistons with capacities up to 500ml each to cover various production needs. The productivity offered can vary from 1,500 pcs / hour of the 2-syringe model (L02) up to 6,000 pcs / hour with the 12-syringe model (L12).

The linear structure allows a minimum cost and time for format changes for bottles of different shapes and sizes.

Each machine in the range is supplied with:

• INLET MANIFOLD PRODUCED IN STAINLESS STEEL WITH DIN ATTACHMENTS, FOR CONNECTION TO THE MAIN TANK
• ELECTRICAL PANEL WITH PLC AND SIMATIC SIEMENS CONTROL PANEL
• PROTECTION CABIN IN ALUMINUM PROFILES AND PANELS IN TRANSPARENT LEXAN or GLASS (on request) WITH SAFETIES
• CONVEYOR BELT FOR INLET AND OUTLET BOTTLES WITH MOTORIZATION AND ADJUSTABLE LINEAR GUIDES
• BOTTLE POSITIONING SYSTEM UNDER THE DOSING STATIONS BY MEANS OF PNEUMATIC CANCEL SINGULARIZERS or FORMAT AUGER CONVEYOR (depending on the number and shape of the bottles)
