RAV L06 - SINGLE STEP LIQUID FILLING / CAPPING MACHINE

RAVL06 & nbsp; is a fully automatic machine suitable for dosing liquids and closing bottles with an average productivity (2,000 pcs / hour).

It can be supplied in the XL version (for large bottles up to 110 mm in diameter) and in the & nbsp; S version with the addition of a second & nbsp; insertion and capping (over or under cap).

Maximum nominal productivity: up to 40 pieces / min (to be checked with product and container)

STRUCTURE AND SAFETY

Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
Inlet and outlet conveyor with single motorization with 180 ° inlet / outlet layout or with double motorization in case of 270 ° inlet / outlet layout. Adjustable guides in stainless steel and polyethylene.
Carousel for transporting high-density polyethylene bottles. Bottle sizes up to diam. 110 mm (in the XL version) H. 240 mm.
Safety cabin in anodized aluminum profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches
Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel.

& nbsp; DOSING UNIT

Available up to nr. 4 carousel dosing stations with as many pumping syringes and filling needles in AISI 316L steel.

Stainless steel manifold for connecting the machine pumping syringes to the Customer’s main tank.

The syringes are supplied in AISI 316L stainless steel with ball or pneumatic valves (for thick liquids) and the dosage volume adjustment can be mechanical or electrical (directly from the panel).
Independent movements of syringes and dosing needles.

LOCKING UNIT

• Cap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Mechanical or electro-pneumatic cap positioning group
• Closing group for aluminum or plastic caps (pressure, screw or ring nut) with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for the calibration of the closing torque
• Movement of the closing unit with 2 different digitally programmable speeds

IN ADDITION, IN THE S VERSION:

• Over / undercap feeder with vibrating cup in stainless steel, with the possibility of soundproofing and adjustable pedestal
• Mechanical or electro-pneumatic over / undercap positioning group
