This monobloc machine allows the filling of the powder, the shearing of the foil and the welding of the same and the insertion of the gasket for the INGE LONG LIFE caps (MINI, MIDI or MAXI).

The machine is available in three versions: TE4 for high productions, & nbsp; TE2 & nbsp; for medium productions and & nbsp; TE1 for medium-low productions.

  • EXPECTED PRODUCTIVITY RAV TE2 : 4,000 caps / hour

General description

Main structure in anodized aluminum profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels. System of & nbsp; transport with high precision rotating table and three-phase motorization with inverter. Piece unscrambling systems with stainless steel circular vibrators complete with soundproofing.

Safety cabin in anodized aluminum and polycarbonate profile with mechanical limit switches. Electrical and control panel on the machine, in stainless steel

The machine consists of the following groups:

  1. group for inserting caps in the catenary, consisting of a vibration unscrambler with output on 4 tracks (2 tracks for TE2, 1 track for TE1), with supply of pieces by means of a linear vibrator. Insertion system with electro-pneumatic movement with vacuum gripping
  2. dosing unit with 4 + 4 needles (2 + 2 for TE2, 1 + 1 for TE1) with rotating dust hopper, complete with scraper and loading system. Mechanical adjustment of dosage and prestress
  3. blanking and disk insertion unit in multilayer material supplied in reels with mechanical movement and vacuum gripping
  4. induction welding system with mechanical movement
  5. group for inserting seals, consisting of a vibration unscrambler with output on 4 tracks (2 tracks for TE2, 1 track for TE1), with supply of pieces by means of loading columns. Insertion system with mechanical movement
  6. Intermediate control systems (presence of dust, film, disk) with automatic rejection.
