RAV RS100 / 200 - SUCTION BLOWER WHEELS

RS100 and RS200 are machine models designed for the internal cleaning of stable cylindrical bottles using compressed air to be inserted along a production line after the bottle feeding station (e.g. after a mechanical unscrambler or an existing rotary table). The bottles arrive directly from the conveyor belt of the previous machine and conveyed, via wheels and inlet guides, towards the inlet cells of the blowing wheel. Once inside the blowing wheel, the bottles, housed in the cells, are cleaned using a jet of filtered compressed air. Once the blowing operation is completed, the bottles return to the conveyor belt and then resume their online path.

RS200 – High speed machine (up to 200 pieces / min) for small bottles (up to diam. 55 mm)

RS100 – Medium-high speed machine (up to 100 pieces / min) for bottles up to diam. 80 mm with high versatility in format changeover: this model has the possibility of adjusting the height of the cell for two different diameter ranges (20÷60 and 60÷80 mm), thus reducing costs and lead times for format change.

General features

The machine is built according to GMP standards and it is supplied with:

• All the necessary parts for processing with a bottle format size
• Motorized conveyor belt with adjustable guides and wheels for accompanying bottles at the inlet and outlet of the blowing system
• Variable speed vertical wheel with torque limiter
• Predisposition for connection to an external suction system
• Filtering group for compressed air with PALL filters – 0.4 micron, needles in AISI 316 stainless steel and tubes in non-toxic material
• Protection cabin with opening panels in aluminum profiles and polycarbonate panels and safety micro switch
• Electrical panel on the machine with PLC and Siemens operator panel
