RAVL02M - SEMIAUTOMATIC COUNTERTOP LIQUID DOSING MACHINE

Semi-automatic benchtop machine suitable for dosing liquids for small batches and / or low productions. The operator manually loads one or two bottles and starts the dosing cycle by means of a double button or pedal.

The machine is equipped with a double syringe for dosing up to 250 ml. each in AISI316 stainless steel (higher dosages are possible with more filling cycles) and is complete with positioners for the bottles and needle holders in polyethylene and AISI316 stainless steel.

The dosing speed is adjustable by means of an inverter. It is possible to select a manual mode (one cycle each time the START key or the optional pedal is pressed) or a semi-automatic mode (a dosing and aspiration cycle + a programmable waiting time or a start commanded by the bottle presence sensor below the station dosage).

The two syringes can be equipped with pneumatic valves for liquids even at high density (gel type).

NOMINAL PRODUCTIVITY (up to 250 ml): 15 bottles / minute (depending on product, container and operator)
