LIQUID STATION - SEMI-AUTOMATIC COUNTERTOP LIQUID DOSING / CAPPING MACHINE

RAV SISTEMI presents its semiautomatic station for filling and capping liquids for small-medium batches of product.

This station, consisting of two independent machines on the same bench, allows two operators to carry out all the packaging operations (filling and capping) one in front of the other without moving, assisted by a conveyor belt (part of the supply). ) which transfers the containers to be capped from one operator to another.

Manual insertion of the containers is foreseen under the filling and capping stations and manual insertion of the cap. All the other operations (dosage, transfer of the bottles from one station to another and capping) are automatic.

Ideal for small batches of product and dosages of less than 250 ml, but can also be used with higher dosages with more filling cycles.

It can be equipped with different capping heads for pressure caps, screw or ring nut.

EXPECTED PRODUCTIVITY (within 250 ml): 15 containers / minute (depending on product, container, cap and operator)
