RAV PUSH&DRINK

The RAV PUSH & DRINK is a packaging machine for extemporary caps typical of the nutriceutical and food industry (supplements and vitamins) with powder or liquid filling, to be then assembled on bottles filled with other liquid product.

GENERAL FEATURES

Machine composed by:

System for unscrambling and feeding from bulk containers through soundproof vibrating orienters with n. 3 tracks complete with elevator for approx. 20-25 minutes autonomy.
Group for inserting containers (caps) on a main wheel transporter with 650 mm. diameter and 12 stations withf 3 cells each station
Caps transportation with high precision turntable
Powder filling unit with 3 screw feeders with brushless motorization and independent programming
Racket insertion unit complete with system for orienting and feeding loose containers through a soundproof vibrator with n. 3 tracks outfeeding
Alu disc application and welding unit with hot punch, with programmable temperature and air-cooled system; alu reel unwinding with FESTO double pneumatic gripping system
Automatic Product rejection system on outfeeding belt

Controls:
• Minimum load on feeding tracks
• Presence container in dosing station (errors management to be defined …)
• Racket presence control
• Alu sealing disk control (reject with STOP for XXX consecutive errors)
• Safety alarms, motors, etc.
