RAV TS100/TS200 - BLOWING/ASPIRING TABLE

TS100/TS200 are machine models designed for the internal cleaning of cylindrical bottles by means of filtered compressed air. The bottles are loaded manually on the loading surface by means of a feeding tray and conveyed, through the rotating table and the guides, towards the entry of the blowing wheel. Once they entered in the blowing wheel, the bottles, housed in specific cells, are cleaned by a jet of sterile compressed air and then aspired. Once the blowing/aspiring operation is completed, the bottles return to the rotating table and then they are conveyed to the exit guides.

General features:
The machine is built according to GMP standards and is supplied with:

  • All the parts necessary for processing with one bottle format size
  • Variable speed rotating infeeding disc
  • Variable speed rotating vertical wheel with torque limiter
  • Predisposition for connection to external suction system
  • Filtering group for compressed air with PALL – 0.4 micron filters, AISI 316 stainless steel needles and non-toxic material tubes
  • Protection cabin with opening panels in aluminum profiles and polycarbonate and safety micro panels
  • On-board electrical panel with Siemens S71200 PLC and Siemens or Proface operator panel

TS200 – High speed machine (up to 200 pieces / min) for small bottles (up to diam. 55 mm)

TS100 – Medium-high speed machine (up to 100 pieces / min) for bottles up to diam. 80 mm with high versatility in format changeover: this model has the possibility of adjusting the height of the cell for two different diameter ranges (20÷60 and 60÷80 mm), thus reducing costs and lead times for format change.
